Riyadh’s second Waldorf Astoria has been announced for the Diriyah Gate mega project west of the downtown core; no opening date given, but it will join the previously-announced LXR property [opening 2026] in the same development. For reference, the first Waldorf Astoria will open at the Avenues mall along with a Conrad, Canopy and Hilton Garden Inn in 2025.
