You don’t indicate which jurisdiction you are resident, if the flight departed from, or arrived in, Spain as 2 months have elapsed since you made your claim you should be able to make a claim via AviationADR - the alternative dispute resolution body. If your flight was not form or to Spain then you will have to follow the civil court procedure the jurisdiction in which you reside.
