That said, solid wall to the floor. No floor storage for takeoff and landing so get on board early if you choose that row. I'm not that tall or wide so I think it is a pretty good row even with fixed armrests with screens that pop out, unless you on a flight with so many empty seats you can snag a whole row with armrests that go up so you can lay down. Also you can get out if you are nimble enough w/o making other passengers get up.
