Does anyone have an email address that I can write and communicate my dismay with how this unfolded? I checked the AC website and there is contact info for General Inquiries however I didn't see anything with respect to constructive criticism, aka complaints.
I have multiple screenshots of my desired fares utilizing the 30%, 20%, and no promo code and all three prices being the same. If I could obtain a Promo code that would allow me to book a future fare at a similar discount I think that would be a compromise I could live with.
