A helpful guide from Frankfurt airport is here, but they don't tell you where the customs office is, so here we go: The customs export check for checked luggage is at T1 in the central islands in the "B" check-in area, to the right of the Eurowings counters and behind the United Airlines counters (i.e. opposite the Air Canada, Global Blue and Planet Payment counters).
For hand luggage, there's one office just before Gate B41 (behind Deli Bros.) and one at Z gates just after security (to the left - if you walk straight towards the main corridor of the big duty free place after clearing security, the customs office is a 9 o'clock).
