There are few self-park options in that neighborhood except uncovered, unattended surface lots. I'd be really reluctant to use any of them, especially overnight. It's a high vehicle crime area.
I think the garage behind the MoMA in the Minna alley (147 Minna Street) has self-park but there's no access overnight.
