I believe food and beverage is more in line with Coach than Business. A wrap or sandwich instead of the hot meal available in Business/First. Alcohol is free but don’t expect frequent service unless you keep asking. Service is the same as coach. It’s most definitely inferior to Premium Economy on an international flight. The seat is the main difference on the Hawaii routes. International Premium Economy does give you better food options, but not the Hawaii routes.
