EU261 - problems with LH's forum to receive the comp via wire
I had a flight that qualified for comp. About four months after filing the claim, LH Customer Service responded with a offer that I will accept. It must be wired to my bank in the US. The form is prefilled out with my name and the amount. I have filled in the wire info (SWIFT, account number, bank, etc) several times and checked it repeatedly for accuracy. When I try to hit the submit button I get an error that says to correct the details entered and click 'continue'. The info is correct and nothing gets highlighted to say what is "incorrect".
I have responded back to customer service about this, but assume that will take another 4 months.
I am curious if anyone else has had this problem and figured out a fix.
