Just stayed at this hotel on black Friday. Not a very good experience.

Check-in: we checked in online in the morning and picked a room on the 18th floor, the highest available in the app. Tried to get a room on a higher floor at the front desk when we arrived at the hotel. But was told none was available. BTW, I have diamond status. Added additional guest to the room and confirmed we had $50 food credit at Dawg House. Late checkout was not available. Not very helpful front desk.
Room: standard room, no bathtub. The only highlight was Mjoave Ghost body lotion - good relief for dry skin.
Breakfast: food at Dawg House was mediocre as others describe.
Facilities: Only used the pools - only 1 pool and hot tub were open and felt a bit crowded. didn't use the fitness center. Free park + waived resort fee for free night redemption.

Not having late checkout is a big disappointment - we had to rush everything and get ourselves ready for checkout at 11 am.
