I mean, I have no idea how the actual quality is as I haven't been and I'm not really a sushi connoisseur but I'm sure it's still much better than the equivalent in the US and I assume the Andaz would have decent recommendations! I wanted something decent that didn't require too much travel after a long flight.

It is very overwhelming to find nicer places to eat (on prior trips meals were mostly casual, whatever looked decent when exploring) - if anyone has a good mid-range omakase recommendation I'd love that. Probably under 15,000 yen for lunch or dinner. Someone in this thread earlier had mentioned Tempura Kondo, a 2 Michelin starred place, with reasonable lunch prices that I was able to get a reservation at. Sorry if I'm also derailing the thread slightly!
