We were served the first meal (breakfast frittata) on PHX-IAH this past Sat 11/26. It’s a very sizable meal! Largest I’ve seen in years from UA. It was very good overall. One minor quibble - the texture of the “frittata” (which it’s technically not a frittata) was a bit weird - can only describe as sponge-y, bread-like. But dipping it in the cheese sauce helped🤣.
