Apologies for dragging this thread back from the dead but has anyone who got the ‘Sorry for the trouble. An unexpected error occurred. Please give it another try later.’ message found a solution / work-around for this? Of the 4 accounts in our family, 2 worked perfectly and the miles posted and 2 got this message and no miles (and I have as the message suggests – given it another try later – many times!) I’ve treble checked the details in the Delta and Starbucks accounts that received the error and as far as I can see all the personal data matches. Any ideas?
