Does anyone know how long it takes for the companion certificate to show up as "Closed" on our account? Used one 3 weeks ago and it is still showing up as Open. It even seems like I could book another flight using that same certificate. Now there was a lot of schedule/routing/dating changes with this reservation, so I'm wondering if that somehow caused a glitch in their system.
