Interestingly enough the website didn’t say it was eligible either. I decided to call into Marriott who also said it wasn’t eligible for a SNA but said that they could “put in a request for an upgrade based on being Titanium”. Oddly enough when I got off the phone call all of a sudden I could apply the SNA in the app. Very odd. Now to hoping the SNA clears!
