With one-ways, it wouldn't make sense to invesr in snow tires. A place like Syracuse might try it, only to have the car go on a one-way FL drivein special to a place where it's 78 degrees. Likewise, a car from a less snowy place, like PHL, might wind up there, thus necessitating more snow tire costs or letting it be.
So what do those who rent cars in snowy cities do, just pray?? This all sounds like an accident waiting to happen. I really don't know what to do.
