I am looking into this hotel and can I book this with 2 people by using points (5nights and get 1 free) then use the upgrade certificates to upgrade to a suite that can take 4ppl? Worst I cancel 2days before if not available an pay for a suite or go somewhere else?

Also is this hotel good location for Rome tour?
