For SEA, the lead price to Iceland is US$1099, available on select few dates also between January and April (e.g. 5-13 February), and US$999 for most onward connections (e.g. to AMS, DUB, Scandinavia), for which the availability is a lot more.
I was only searching to PRG and other Eastern and Southern European cities not listed in OP, so that's why I couldn't find the sale fares from YYZ and SEA. I did use GF's explore feature with whole Europe as the destination, but it didn't pick up for some reasons. On Icelandair 's site, PRG and other cities in those regions aren't listed from those 2 origins, so I guess the sale fares are only available to cities listed on their site. Thanks for guiding me how to find the list.
