I would add:

- W / Rixos : party places and both won't provide you a luxury experience. They are a zoo during the day (especially on the weekend) with staycationing families and after 6pm the focus is on seen and to be seen / hook up w/ the other gender.

- Anantara - have been there only for lunch/ spa, but looked quite nice. Asian styled as it comes w/ the brand.

- Westin: has many fans, a bit dated for me (and not really in the luxury segment).

Unfortunately I am a Marriott guy so can't speak about the Waldorf/ Raffles but heard they are rather good. If you could book independently from Luxair, I would have a look into one of the two One & Only's.
