Thanks for the screen shot. That’s exactly how it looks when I click my wife’s name but when I click it it only shows the BlueBiz option. When I go to my profile and click loyalty programs, it correctly shows my Skymiles, Its just not on the reservation. How dumb. I’ll give them a call tomorrow, thanks again for the help
