Definitely not saying it was the best possible use of space, but the upper-deck A380 toilets at the front are still the only toilets on any plane I've ever been on that I can change clothes in comfortably. It feels like a proper bathroom and not just a fancy portaloo as most plane toilets do.
True, a comfortable changing space does make a real difference on long overnighters.
EK’s A380 bathrooms go a step further with a shower option too ….. and almost enough room for two or three people to get changed ……
