Thanks, but it's definitely not Basic Economy - in addition to no warnings of BE, it gives me the options to choose a seat (including E+ seats) and to upgrade, just not to cancel.

It doesn't make sense that this fare would have more restrictions than BE - I would gladly pay the $199 to cancel and convert to FFC.
