Yes the south will have the sunset and not the island. I requested 1 south 1 north but ended up getting 2 rooms facing north. Not a problem because I feel the sea color looks nice on day time from this side (maybe except during late afternoon )

I am just back from 3 nights. The property is brand new - everything is just perfect. All staffs are friendly and are willing to help.
I spent quite a lot of my time to go around and learn about the property; so If anybody has question, I am happy to answer.
