The Club Lounge at the Le Meridien Seoul - Myeongdong was very tastefully decorative in the traditional Le Meridien global theme with a friendly staff. The assortment of drinks was very generous and the food plentiful with Korean ties to the gastronomy. I would highly recommend staying here as a Marriott Bonvoy elite for the value that we received during our stay.

While it was a bit of a madhouse tonight because of the grand opening this week, I do have to say I’m impressed and delighted that I got to stay here this week. I hope FT enjoys my photos and I’ll share more about the breakfast buffet tomorrow and my experience overall once I check out.


The Club Lounge is on the 15th floor along with the swimming pool, fitness center, and guest rooms as well.




There was an excellent assortment of Pepsi products along with Perrier water all day then for the evening canapés you have German Bier, Wine, and Spirits.


Sparkling Wine with an assortment of Reds.


The Whisky selection here was yummy (missing bottle of Glenlivet 12 being handled by a guest).


Amuse bouche featured salmon tartare, shrimp, Greek cheese, and pastrami sandwiches.


There are some healthy vegetarian and vegan options as well as salad.


Smoked Salmon and Ham.


Korean Fried Chicken.


Overall the spread was excellent for a Le Meridien and probably the best in Seoul so far for a brand new hotel.
