Having travelled quite a bit with our infant I can say the AC staff go out of their way to help you. Wether its working out an empty seat or taking the stroller they're usually very helpful. If you're J the service extends to the infant and they really do their best to keep you comfortable.
If you're like most people it takes about a year to get a birth certificate in Canada but the customs agents (US & Canada) accepted the no-picture health card without a problem.
Couldn't agree more about the AC service when I flew with my daughter, it was usually ^
In BC, the birth certificate takes about a month from time of requesting it. We have received both our girls bcs' that quickly.
