#1 is easily achievable so long as everyone is reasonably mobile.
If weather and traffic are good — Uber to Pike Place Market, enjoy the sights and stalls and get something to eat. Walk north along the waterfront to the Olympic Sculpture Park which has outstanding views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Uber back.
If weather or traffic are bad — Museum of Flight is close to the airport, and usually entertains people of all ages because planes are cool.
#2 exists (Alaska lounge sells day passes for $50/pp, $25 if you have their credit credit). Value is subjective, but I would not personally consider it worth the money.
