We will have a 5-hour layover in Seattle in late May. I have never been through SeaTac so I am unfamiliar with the airport and the city of Seattle. We are a group of 6. 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 2 kids (10 and 6) traveling from Florida to Seattle and then on to Anchorage. (A very long day...) So two questions:

1) Is it feasible to grab Uber/taxi and head downtown for 2ish hours? If so what do you recommend if we only have limited time with seniors and children?

2) Are there lounges we can pay for in the Seattle airport that might be more worthwhile? ( we have Capital One Venture and my in-laws have Delta Amex if that helps)
