They will move, but unclear if they will use the same lounge. Heard rumours that they are preparing a new one.
The problem is that CDG will close Terminals 2A, C and D for renovation and many airlines are relocated to Terminal 1 which will (temporarily) become the major terminal.. They will need space and the rumour is that QR cannot keep its big Premium lounge.
It will be chaotic.
