Angry Refund

Can I still try and get a refund for my previous stays where I had a terrible experience?? I made a post..here it is again . Is it too late for me? My last stay was last week.

The DoubleTree Jersey City has a water problem..apparently when you turn on hot/warm water..it will be brown. THe hotel manager and staff told me they have fixed the problem..only to find out that the problem still exists! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked in with them again the following weeks but no luck..BROWN, DIRTY Water. So beware..don't try and save money by going to DoubleTree Jersey city unless you don't mind brown water. I sent HiltonHhonors customer service emails about the situation, but they only forwarded my message to the staff at DT Jersey City who of course said that the problem was fixed.

Good point - thanks. My counter is biased towards stay credits, so if it makes a difference in hitting Diamond i'll definitely follow up. Or else it's not really worth it for my account...but thanks again!
