Meal selection error on codeshare
Flying ZRH-SIN on 29/11 in J. Ticketed by Swiss, so LX9000 operated by Singapore as SQ345. When trying to select meal options through manage my booking on the SIA website it allows me to select items from inflight menu and book the cook, but when save and exit gives error message and instructions to contact local office. Local office says cannot select because it is codeshare ?? Is this really right ?
