Question Hawaii - infant
Is Hawaii considered USA for infant reward travel purposes? My sister is hoping to hake her >2 baby to HNL next year, but the website says nothing about the number of points required or other costs. Europe appears to be 5000 or something, byt Toronto to HNL - ?
