Applying for a visa is stressful just now. Many people are changing plans as they can't get appointments. I spent several nights logging on for 7.30pm ( the time new appointments were put up). Error codes galore as the site couldn't cope with the amount of people online.
Until they reinstate evisas I am not putting myself through that again. The paper visas are about £145. Passports are taking approx 3 weeks to be returned.
BTW i think the log on time is now 6.30pm because of the clocks going back.
