I was there the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely heinous.

The valet watched us get out of the car and struggle with our luggage from the trunk and didn't acknowledge us until my husband handed him the keys. There was no one else around.

No gold upgrade -- probably because my husband asked for a smoking room.

I called room service for a corkscrew, and the person told me I could walk downstairs to the restaurant to get it. I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me he would "put it on the list" but it would probably be at least 30 minutes until I got it. And it was.
