Hm, I think that the service will still operate till January 8th (probably to facilitate the holiday expats) but then indeed seems to be stopping till beginning of June. It's also the same pattern that Transavia is following on the same route. In any case it was a surprise that they kept a seasonal service which started out of the blue for the winter season as well... I guess bookings were not satisfactory.

For your case, I would suggest wait a bit until the flight disappears from the system and then call. Last year, I had a PMO flight that was never operated (and actually it also disappeared from my bookings) and I proactively called and was rebooked on the CTA flight. You can probably do the same for the paid ticket. Not sure about the award.
