Putting aside the fact Delta has short changed me on MQDs from a flight earlier this year (case still pending/outstanding, and I am still baffled), I might come up short by 1 or 2 MQD to an elite tier.

Question, if for example, the base fare is 91.40 USD, does Delta credit the account with 91 or 92? If the former, is Delta willing to provide goodwill of an extra 1 or 2 in MQD? I have zero confidence in Delta making good for the earlier year missing MQDs.
