I'm flying LAX to EWR and I already bought an upgrade into premium plus (A fare). Am I reading this right that GS on a Y fare using Plus Points will still be ahead of me on the J upgrade list?

In this case there are 3 passengers ahead of me on the J upgrade list that are also on the PE upgrade list.
