YYZ only T1 (AC/UA) has ITI. T3 (DL/WS/KE/AF/KL) youll be required to enter Canada, collect bags, amd checkin with KE regardless of if bags are tagged to ICN. ON way back you can skip Canada and transfer directly to US flight since Canada has US preclearance. (Instead of going to Canadian customs/immigration, you goto US customs/immigration)

Note for OP. You will earn ZERO miles, MQD, and MQM for the WS marketed, KE operated flight. (WS isn't part of Skyteam, so only WS codeshare operated by DL earn)
