The old Hyatt closed but recently re-opened as Parnas Hotel Jeju (https://www.parnashoteljeju.com/en/main.do). I believe they remodeled the original building the Hyatt was in and built a new wing. There is also a Shilla Hotel, Lotte Hotel and Grand Josun Hotel in that area. My last visit was to the Shilla about 6 years ago so I couldn't give you my opinions on these properties but those are the suspects you will probably be looking at.
