Look at repositioning to open up your availability. You can take a short hop to NYC, ORD, BOS, etc. I just booked LAX-SIN last week on CX(Cathay Pacific) and the cost is 70k miles one way. You can purchase the miles to round out a round trip flight, or open a credit card and take advantage of the sign up bonus. Find one that transfers to BA (British Airways) and from there you can move them to QR (Qatar). For context, from LAX it’s 100k miles if I book via QR, and 130k if I book the exact same flight using BA Avios.
I booked to Singapore as DPS(Bali) lacked availability and will book a separate flight SIN-DPS which is a short hop. Also look at BKK as an option from Washington and book a short hop from there to DPS.
Open your options up and you will find availability. Good luck and with patience you can pull it off.
