I have the same issue with a WJ flight I booked through RBC Rewards. I am unable to add any personal information and got the same "email" area which you did. RBC told me that it was an issue with WJ because I was using a covid flight credit. I called WJ yesterday and they assured me that everything is fine on their end and that once I am within the 24 hour check in period, I will have full access. WJ added my frequent flyer # and booked our seats. This certainly wasn't an issue in the past. We shall see what happens next week.
