Whilst it’s physically possible to reach the lounge I don’t think you’d be able to access on an inbound ticket. . Given it’s also pay per visit not sure if they would allow you to buy entry. It’s one of the worst lounges there is (but I’d rather have it than not) so not sure it’s the best idea if they do allow pay and enter. I’d rather head into Prague and have a beer in a bar delivered by model railway trains.
