Thank you both. After several hours on the phone, UA booked me into F (full fare First) on the original LX flight to ZRH (& ATH). Surprised they wouldn't accept my offer to switch to UA P even exchange IAH-DEL one day later - has got to be way more expensive for UA to book LX full fare F!

Too bad 016 tix earnings aren't based on fare class anymore!
