AAdvantage Status and Loyalty Points Roll-Over
Due to a lot of business travel in the last couple of years, I recently made AAdvantage Executive Platinum, which is valid through Mar 31, 2024. I'm currently at about 210,000 loyalty points and will be getting a lot more due to additional business trips throughout 2023.
Come Mar 31, 2024, I assume my loyalty points will drop by 200,000 (for the Exec Plat level I reached) and my status will drop also.
If I were to reach say, 325,000 loyalty points by Mar 31, 2024, will my status be at AAdvantage Platinum Pro (325,000 - 200,000 = 125,000), or am I misinterpreting how the program works?
