Last time I went there they could not find my reservation, would not accept a online print-out, and took 40 minutes to get a room at 11:30 PM. They actually checked out some flight crews before checking me in. I was actually in line first but becasue it was so difficult to pull up my reservation they decided to check out a 747 flight crew.
They all had a few items they needed to pay for (movies, room services) that they could not bill to the airline.
I will never go there again.
