Me neither. And having recently (almost like a pendulum) switched my loyalty (back) to Hyatt, I rarely use the card at all. However, once a year, usually in early January, I book a property that does qualify for the resort credit and also requires a 1 night (invariably more than $250) immediate refundable deposit which triggers the credit. Sometimes I end up cancelling that reservation in which case the hotel credits the deposit and (thus far) the resort credits (of the past few years) have not (yet) been clawed back.
I am about 3-4 hours from the furthest resort, so wouldnt typically book a night just to use the credit. So for me, I would rather than the Business card and get 12x vs 14x but get the free night from spend

It will go based on what date the hotel charges. I would ask if they can do it in advance and hope to double up on the credit
