I am expecting a baby in February and we are planning to fly YVR-YYZ with him once he is two months old. I'd like to book our tickets for April 2023 now since it will be Easter time when we fly, and I'd like to ensure we can book seats with a bassinet facility. However Aircanada.ca cannot handle the lap infant request without a birthdate for the infant (or even an estimated birthdate in the future). If I book tickets for the 2 of us and select seats now, will there be an issue to call in later once baby is born to add them as a lap infant? Thanks for any experience with this.
