I prefer to book Delta flights redeeming Amex points with my Amex Business Platinum Card with the 35% points rebate offered by Amex.

I prefer to "garden" the bookings with Delta, not Amex Travel / Expedia. Delta gives better options than third parties after schedule changes and I really appreciate the ability to resolve most Delta schedule changes online, but this doesn't work for third party bookings.

With American Airlines, I have been able to pay a fee over the phone for American to take over travel agency bookings.

Is that possible with Delta?
