Comments: Applied SNA, was denied at 4 days out. But awesome Front Desk got us into the desired suite at check-in, plus proactively gave both $10 vouchers without being asked (every other courtyard stay with a guest would only give me one till I forced the issue this year). So excellent elite treatment at this hotel, at least this time.
