I tried to recently use a GUF2 and for the flights that is applicable, the correct class was available - what I found curious - they had to send the request to the backoffice for recalculation of any possible tax difference. I was told that they would come back to me in max 7 days.
Is this normal procedure now? The last time I did it, the agent when there was availability just did a quick call to check on this tax differences and it was all processed and confirmed in the same call.
