Those are under the seat with the outlet, they basically opted on not getting new seats, as if you noticed, the tablet holder doesn't have the upper section.

As for me, I much rather prefer the older first class sears due to the padding, although I'm curious if they did anything to the seatback. Not what I was expecting from this, but I am glad to see it happen, now if only Alaska would let me keep the old bulkhead walls hahaha.
