I specifically asked about a Diamond upgrade to these rooms (in an email in advance) and was told at check in that they were not room types that one could be upgraded into to. Honestly, they get very little natural light (similar to the ground-floor rooms with rock garden) and there might be noise from guests at the pool. I think the meaningful Diamond benefits are the experience credit and the 25% f&b discount.
I agree with others that say the location is remote. It does feel serene and peaceful, though.
